The Summer General Manager Program at BHI Delivery is an intensive and immersive program designed to provide next generation leaders with hands-on experience into what it takes to run a high growth Bald Head Island business.

The program typically lasts for 10-12 weeks during the summer months and participants will be exposed to various aspects of the business, including customer service, financial management, transportation, and logistics planning. Participants in the program will work closely with experienced managers and executives at BHI Delivery to gain a deep understanding of the company's operations, culture, and values.

Overall, the Summer General Manager Program at BHI Delivery offers a unique opportunity for aspiring leaders to gain practical experience and develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Part-Time Staff

Part-time staff member will help fulfill orders in the offseason on a yes or no basis. The ideal candidate lives on the island or is willing to commute from off the island 1 to 2 days a week. We are very flexible and will work around your schedule.

General Manager

We are looking for a motivated, detailed oriented leader to help streamline operations, commanding a team of 10. This position can be for as long as you choose. Ideally the candidate will start in May and end in September, but we can be flexible on start dates.

Summer Staff

Are you on the island and looking to work with an amazing team? We are just the spot for memorable money making summer. You will be both inside and outside, enjoying the beautiful island weather, instead of behind an ice cream counter for 8 grueling hours.
